I help women and climbers build confidence in their strength — whether you’re starting out or looking to support your climbing with more structured training. My coaching is approachable, supportive, and sustainable so you can feel stronger, move well, and carry that strength into everyday life.
I’ve been climbing for 18 years and have spent eight of those years coaching and route-setting in gyms around Melbourne. I started climbing without much natural strength, so I know how overwhelming training can feel — and that experience shapes how I coach today.
As a qualified personal trainer (Cert III & IV in Fitness), I focus on helping you move well, build strength gradually, and create a foundation that supports long-term progress. Training doesn’t need to be complicated — my goal is to make it simple, enjoyable, and effective, whether your aim is to climb better, feel stronger in daily life, or just move with confidence.

The workouts are tailored based on what equipment you have – there's no requirement to have any. You can use what you have at home and I'll show you ways to make it work for you!
No problem — this program is designed for beginners and intermediates. I’ll guide you step by step, checking your form and helping you feel confident.
The program is designed to fit into your life. Workouts are short, flexible, and practical, and part of what I want women to get out of the program is learning how to incorporate strength training into their routines in a way that works for their lifestyle — so it won’t take over your schedule.
